I-Mid Display Flickers

Hi Everyone,

just wanted to ask does anyone have problems with their display screen? I was driving today and the right half of the screen just started flickering by its self. lasted for about 5 mins, I turned the Headunit off to try to reset it but no go.

Yes, I know i can take it to the dealer since its under warranty but i have a full audio upgrade (spliced wires behind the HU tapped to LOC then a 4ch amp to drive the speakers) so Honda might bring that up and try to deny me any warranty. so before i go thru all that i wanted to know if anyone else has this problem.

I dont think the aftermarket amp is affecting this issue since it doesnt seem to be audio related, (flickers with screen on or off) but i just have a feeling Honda will be Honda. it is a brand new car so if there are no TSB's then they will have to call techline and probably send someone down to take a look.

Is yours a 4cyl?

If so -- different battery, Group 24F or so.

Did you have this problem before you did the electrical work to the car?
