Automatic Climate Control

Now that we all have this standard (US), how do you all set it?
I do Auto, 70, then force Recirculate.

Have found this unit to run the fan higher than my 09.
Also if you press ECON you notice the fan slows a little.

Nothing wrong, just things I noticed and thought it would be cool to share how we all set it.

The way I see it. Pressing Auto puts it in full automatic.
Changing things after will override auto for that functions but the rest stay.

When I put on auto mode the fan runs in high speed and never slows down. Is there option to run the fan in low speed in auto mode ?

Well, I have done that on occasion but locks it to speed you choose.
Auto, Set temperature, Press down on fan speed. It will maintain temperature but fan will always run on low.

Only seen that on a Chrysler 300 I had as a rental. It had an Auto Lo and Auto Hi.

I have mine set to 70.

I'm guessing that the car will use more gas in Auto mode than it does when we control the climate and A/C manually because the compressor runs more often in Auto mode. Right?

That's normal... My coupe does it too... Even when I press on front windshield/defroster.

not at all, once you turn the fan down it takes it off full-automatic hence the light goes off.
but the other functions such as ac on/off, air direction, air intake, temperature still remain automatic.

possibly, it seems the compressor runs in full auto during situations where when manually controlling it you probably wouldnt use a/c.
