Hi All:

___Holy Smokes, that driver is good, has ball’s, and or is completely insane! So is the crowd for even hanging around a 3,500 # automobile at the farthest edge of control at those speeds.

___Hot vid though. Anyone know what is written on the rear window?

___Finally, I did not know front driver’s could drift like that?

___Good Luck

___Wayne R. Gerdes

combination of low traction (dusty roads), quick weight transfers, and fancy shifting.

Hi All:

___I have watched that vid maybe 10X’s now and I cannot believe how stable that Accord is through those high speed gyrations and spins. Incredible knowing that suspension system is what is underneath each and every one of us as we drive …

___I am also still in awe that you could do this over in Saudi as they will cut your hand off for stealing a pack of gum but extremely high speed drifting on public motorways must be a lesser crime

___Good Luck

___Wayne R. Gerdes

that is front wheel drive

notice from the camera views on the inside that before they would drift to the left, they would take a sharp sudden turn of the wheel to the right then left..to throw the back wheels off of traction

may i suggest you watch some Tiff Needell videos: http://youtube.com/watch?v=QBPH94cYKO0

if you search tiff needell on youtube youll find some more

You can do the flick maneuver with either a FWD or RWD. At that kind of speed, there is not enough power to break the tires loose unless you are talking about a Kleemann SL65 AMG with 960lb-ft of torque.

Hahaha, they should try that with a Saturn Vue...then the wheels would pop off of the car...

That just shows how good the Accord really is.
