Arrow ID this wire?

Hi everyone, this is off of my sister's 2007 4 cylinder accord. I noticed it the other day, cannot believe i never saw it before. Her ABS light has been on since we got the car and this wire was snipped and tied off... i'm wondering if I figure out where this comes from and fix it for her, maybe her ABS will start working.

Thoughts?

Thanks!

It's for the ABS wheel speed sensor.

And yeah, the ABS will probably start working once it's fixed.

There's a good chance that the sensor is seized into the upright. Someone probably tried to replace it, broke it off, then gave up.

I would buy a HONDA OEM replacement part if it were me.
