Touch Up Paint Recommendation?

Just wondering which paint touch up is recommended for Hondas...

Had a rock kicked up by a passing truck and it hit the roof about 2" back from the windshield and left a nice chip. (Second time this has happened - but first time just left a scuff).

Looked around on ebay and found some of the OEM Honda parts:

Is one of these preferred over the other? Looks like just the applicator is different.

These appear identical to me. If you have doubts, you could always pick some up from a local dealer (but at an increased cost).

Look at the picture of it on the second link:

The top part has a ceramic piece for finely sanding around the edges of the chip.
The colored paint is in the bottom of it, and it comes with an applicator.
I don't quite remember when I did mine, but I *think* it also has the clear coat in it.

Words of advice:
1. Don't forget to shake the paint before applying
2. Use a very light touch. Multiple thin coats are better than one thick coat.

Those ebays are identical and what I bought. I love the Honda kit and the paint and clearcoat match well with my color.

They are the same thing, sold at same price after shipping. Take your time, deposit a drop of paint in the crater, don't go outside of it.

I used the Honda kit also and it matched well. I ordered this fine tip painting pen from Amazon so that I could have better control application of a thin coat:

Wow - thanks for all the replies. My bad for not looking at the secondary images, since they do indeed look the same. I think I initially looked at a link on amazon that actually did look like a different product, (see following link):

Have any of you done this on a Honda with the San Marino Red color? Has this color existed for a while on Hondas? Do I need to make sure I get one specific to the 2018 Accord models?

x2 on - I've used their paints on three vehicles now and think they match the OEM paint almost perfectly.

I've used Dr. ColorChip on two cars and for the most part, it worked quite well on small scratches and chips. The paint match was pretty good. Pretty pricey but I seem to receive emails from them every other month about a sale.

Many thin coats of whatever you use, use a toothpick to apply, wait 30 days to polish and seal.....
