2006 accord v6 6-speed

Having an issue (intermittent) with bucking when fresh start in 1st gear from stop (6sp manual, 2006 accord) - flat elevation. Besides the oft-complained-about 3rd gear issue, car runs great but this is disconcerting. Fluid levels "OK". Any ideas as to issue/remedy/costs (know that is subjective)
