Hello I have a problem with my Handbrake cable. Just its frozen. It must be a water somewhere inside the cable, and when I block the brakes, I cant unblock them (left stay blocked). It is only on "minus" degrees of temperature. I need to made and then change the cable. Can You help me ? I need...
