installing fogs

Does anyone know the steps in installing fog lights on 2016-2017 Accord coupe. I purchased a pair, which should be arriving soon but it doesn't come with install instructions.

I stumbled upon a major problem while installing my fog lights, that is how to get the wire through the firewire. I know many of you guys were able to get the wire through the gromit on the left side of the driver's foot resting pedal, but i cant. I cant get it through, is there another...
