If this is a 4 cylinder 2001 Accord the primary O2 sensor is even easier to change. Just open the hood and its located on the exhaust manifold right behind the radiator fans. A new Denso sensor #234-4620 is about $50 from Amazon and other places. More $$ at the dealer.
