I couldn't find anything under the NTSA's website with that recall ID either. What email address did they use to send the notice to you?

I've always gotten recall notices by snail mail and never an emailed notice. On top of that, the email seems a bit lacking in information and generally vague. Recall notices give you all kinds of info in regards to what the problem is, what kind of damage/harm it could cause, and who to contact. Maybe you've been had by spam?
This is what I found from Hondas website...

Statement by American Honda Regarding SRS Control Unit Recall: 2003-2004 Honda Odyssey; 2003 Acura MDX

• Approximately 374,000 Honda and Acura vehicles affected in the United States
• The SRS airbag system will be repaired, free of charge
• No crashes have been reported related to this issue

TORRANCE, Calif. – Sept. 18, 2013 – American Honda will recall approximately 318,000 Honda Odyssey vehicles from the 2003-2004 model years and approximately 56,000 Acura MDX vehicles from the 2003 model year in the U.S. to address potential malfunctions of the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) airbag system in these vehicles due to electrical interference. To prevent malfunction, an electrical noise filter will be installed adjacent to the SRS control unit, free of charge.

Honda has received a small but increasing number of complaints in recent months of inadvertent airbag deployment in these vehicles, which are equipped with SRS control units that contain computer chips similar to those used in airbag system control units installed in other manufacturers’ vehicles that were recalled in the last year. No crashes have been reported to Honda related to this issue.

Honda is announcing this recall to encourage owners of all affected vehicles to take their vehicles to an authorized dealer as soon as they receive notification of this recall from Honda. Mailed notification to customers will be sent in late-Oct. 2013, and, at that time, owners of vehicles from the affected model years will be able to determine if their vehicles require repair by going on-line to www.recalls.honda.com and www.recalls.acura.com or by calling (800) 999-1009 for Honda owners or (800) 382- 2238 for Acura owners, and selecting option 4.

Hi,
I look and the email address it came from is [email protected]. I suspected it's a spam mail also because I couldn't find the information anywhere so want to ask the form if anyone know anything. I knew about the 03-04 Odyssey recall. Thank you everyone.
I've never been in an accident, but my airbag light in my 03 accord turns on sometimes and stays lit. It's scary stuff sometimes because i wonder if it'll deploy at anytime. Does anyone else have this problem?
From a post by Straight Drive:
Download the Accord service manual found here. The procedure is on page 23-210. Honda refers to the part as a "SRS Cable Reel."

Get it looked at!
Call the NHTSA and they said the email is valid but it's for 2003-2004 Honda Odyssey; 2003 Acura MDX. The correct recall ID is, notice the extra 3 "0" at the end
NHTSA Campaign ID Number : 13V412000
Airbag system issues seem to be common on Toyotas and Hondas. 2 of my 4 Accords and a Toyota I owned have had the light on
