The driver side low beam headlight died in my 04 Accord. I was researching the part number when I found this thread. The dealer replaced my working (passenger side) bulb free per the TSB, but charged me to replace the driver side. It was only $13, but it's the principal - it should be free per the TSB (working or not).
Anyone else had this done on their Accord?
