Why do you have your mind set on doing this? Are you trying to remove all the back pressure and bottom end?

are you looking for appearance or expect power gains? or both? if both is gonna be your answer... Well you should've gotten a V6 lol. but is it a coupe or sedan?

Your biggest issue is going to be a loss of back pressure. Exhausts are a lot more than just some piping. I read the thread on the guy that ran a v6 exhaust and it was a lot of work. Maybe you can find an aftermarket exhaust with two tips but there may be a noticeable power loss, especially bottom end power. And this isn't a civic. It's got the weight to hook so you're gonna want that bottom end.

I would google the effects of loosing back pressure, among other things. I know this rule applies to motorcycles, and sooo many of my buddies lost performance by altering their stock exhaust. . Then they complained about loose low end torque.

Don't do it. Keep a single. When I supercharged my S2000 I had better gains with a single than a dual.

Did you ever do pics of your setup? ie - the hangers and connections under the car - I was only going to remove my resonator before I saw your sig a few months ago and got the idea to do this as well ...

I can do that tonight in class. I totally forgot to snap some pictures last time I had her up in the air (giggity).
