[07 2.4 SE]

Guys I just noticed that when I started the car this morning the driving lights are not on.
When I realeased the parking brake they came on and stayed on until i turn the car off. Is this right. i've only had the car 6 months and i thought when the car is started they come on right away(parking brake or not). Is there a glitch i need to bring it in to honda for.

Can anyone clarifry to me if when an 07 accord is started with parking brake on or off the driving lights come on automatically. I think there be something wrong with mine a loose switch or something.
When i got to work I shut the car off and started it. No running lights. I release parking they come on.
Help please.

this is correct operation. you owner's manual/quick reference guide tells you this. I questioned it too.... then I read the book.

yep I believe that is correct. that is you have the parking brake engaged then DRL will not come on until the brake is disengaged. I know it was like that on my chevy as well.

That is working properly. You will also see a dimm "high beam" light on in your gauge cluster.

The dimm high beam light goes away once you turn the headlights on.
