I have seen other accords have weird noises on the first cold start up of the day due to a faulty actuator and the TSB out on the issue. My car sounded different from the other cars though. Their's was more of a diesel start up whereas mine was just rubbing. I have the noise in the comments wouldn't let me post here. The car runs fine otherwise. Does the TSB cover this?

Thank you!

The TSB you posted is for the I4.

I have the same noise on colder days with my V6, most people agree it's the starter. Haven't had any significant issues. New serpentine belt, new tensioner pulley, new alternator, relatively new power steering pump, no issues with starting and the noise remains.

Probably a belt slip. I wouldn't sweat it. If it continues have the deater look at the tensioner.
