Any recommendations on brands without breaking the bank? And yes i'm sticking with 17's nothing bigger.

Thoughts on Kosei K8R's or simmilar? I'd like to stay under 1K for the set and use my stock tires... Main goal is get rid of the stock grandma wheels and reduce unsprung weight.

Centerline Wheels is another company that specializes in rotary forged wheels.

Centerline Wheels

They make make 17" wheels, 15-16 lbs., about $250/wheel or less. High quality stuff but limited selection and finishes. Its an option.

D Forged is another company that makes forged wheels, but I have no idea what they cost.

Tire Rack

17x8 RPF1s are 15lbs even and will be just under 1K.

$932 + shipping at Tire Rack. (without center caps, which are $26 each!)

The RPF1's are light that's for sure but not my style. Are the Kosei's junk? Looking at the specs the stockers are 25lbs I think 20lb and under would be a noticeable difference.

Any other opinions?

TSW Bathurst are lightweight. 17x8 +40 will be 1K even and they have a more "premium" look.

Otherwise the K8Rs are great if you like the style.
