I have a 2003 Honda Accord V6 and when I slow down and then accelerate I get a small sputter kinda like a smal cold shake, its only at high speeds and not consistant

Could be anything, worn plugs, fuel injector, air filter, plug wires, etc.

Check your mileage against the maintenance schedule and see if your lacking some maintenance (like changing out plugs).
