Thunder: Welcome to the forum. You should do the quick and cheap things right now.
1) Clean Mass Air Flow sensor (MAF) search for member "golftango" for his write-up on cleaning the MAF and throttle body. It will take you 20 minutes and cost $12.
2) Go to PepBoys, or Advanced auto, etc and get one of those free battery and alternator tests. They are not foolproof, but can quickly eliminate that from your culprit list.
3) If that does not solve the problem, the next thing I would do is look at the Idle Air Control valve. I gotta run out here in a minute so I can't search for you, but there are a few posts about the IAC valve as well as a few YouTube videos on Honda's IAC.
Usual questions: How many miles, how long have you owned it, what work did you do recently, do you live in cold/hot climate, etc?
