The clip is broken (where it is attached to the car), can I replace the clip alone or do I need the whole cap? I checked at a local Honda dealer, he said I need to buy the cap (didn't say a word whether it comes with a clip or not) for twenty something $$. I see online that you can get the clip for less than $2.
