My wife took my Accord to work today and called to say that both the windshield wipers (and sprayer) and then A/C both stopped working at the same time. I checked the A/C fuse (30A) and the wiper fuse (7.5A) under the dash and neither were blown. However, when I start the car, the A/C will not blow and the wipers do nothing. I did notice that once when I started the car, the wipers moved about 10" and then froze again.
Any ideas??
