Hi, there.
I have been having an issue with my car for a while now.
I live in LA and it doesn't get too cold here. 40-50 is probably as cold as it gets here.
The issue that I am having is that my accord would rattle in the mornings and it would slowly dissipate (about 2-3 minutes) and would sound just fine after that.
After spending multiple hours I found a video on youtube of another accord with the same problem.

The only difference though, is that there's no whine in the beginning but my car simply rattles like the car in the video does. So I do not think there's a problem with my VTC actulator.

I have gone to a few mechanics who told me that the car is fine without clearly telling me what's wrong with it. Please note that I do not know much about cars so I won't understand most of the technical terms, I just wanna know what's broken, how to fix it, and how much would it cost?

Thank you for your time.
Regards, Dima.

My first guess is tensioner or a pulley. Maybe even the compressor.

Edit, does it do that with the a/c system off?

AC does not seem to affect the sound of my car. Thanks for the response. Once I identify and fix the issue and i will get back here to update.
