Yes, the bumper will fit (I did it to mine) and the fogs will too, but there is no harness to plug the fogs into. You could go to your dealer and have them order or at least give you part numbers for all the parts you need to hook up the fogs.

I don't have the fogs, I bought the plastic fog hole covers from the LX-S coupe from another DA member who installed fogs on his. They fit with a little modification.

I had to replace my stock bumper because it was damaged, so I just had the body shop I went to order the V6 bumper, paint it, and install it. You could totally install it yourself, taking off and putting on the bumper is a piece of cake.

Um....I'm not exactly sure how much it cost, maybe around $500 including paint and installation by the body shop. I'm not really sure if that will fit perfectly, I know the mounting points are a little different between the coupe and sedan bumpers, but I'm no expert.
