My 2011 Honda Accord with 135,000 miles make a knocking sound coming from the engine on a cold start. The noise use to go away after driving for a few miles, but the noise is now taking little longer to go away.
All suggestions are helpful.

When did it start to happen?
Can you post a video??, saying "my car knocks" doesn't help much, could be anything from broken engine mounts to low on oil...

A video would certainly help and can help you pin down the issue.

Where does it come from? Does it increase with speed or RPM? That can also help.

VTC rattle wouldn't happen when you are driving. You should only hear it when starting.
