I just started hearing about these class action lawsuits for the Accord for the 2008-2010. I have a 2011 - purchased in the fall of 2010. I have 57K miles on my Accord. I just had to replace the rear rotors and pads. I was told that the rotors were damaged because they got too hot. I see that people in the class action lawsuit were covered if they replaced their pads before 70K miles. Anyone with a 2011 have similar problems?

Also, are the 2011s effected by this oil problem?

I'm very concerned.

2011 and 2012's don't have any problems that I know of.

" the rotors were damaged because they got too hot"

This sounds like a BS explanation. I've heated up my brakes to the point where they were nearly useless, and no rotor damage happened. Really, if at 60k miles then the rotors were probably due for replacement anyways.
