Hi
Has anyone replaced the entire headlight with something like this?

Seems like a decent way to replenish old yellowed headlights

Thanks

The notes in the listing state that they are compatible with LED DRL only. I am pretty sure my 2014 EX-L 4-cyl uses dimmed high beams for DRL. Verify what your car has before ordering. Scotty Kilmer has claimed on his Youtube channel that the aftermarket headlight assemblies from China work well. I have no experience and my lenses look very clear at 8+ years.
If you get aftermarket assemblies either spray a protective UV clear on them before installation, or the best option is to have them clear filmed prior to or shortly after installation.

My headlights was very yellow and faded but after polishing them with McGuire plastic polish they are like brand new, when I’m done polishing I protect them with a good wax, i usually do this once a year, again they are like brand spanking new til this day.
I never did any sanding, first I wipe the yellow off as much as possible with 90% alcohol, you’ll be surprised how much yellow comes off, but I did use a buffing pad attached to my drill which I fell made the biggest difference in polishing & buffing. Good luck

Yes. There is kits that work well for like $10. Try checking Walmart or something. Don't buy new headlights for $300

I've used 3M headlight re-finish kits with good luck.

Did it work well? I just bought a car with a small amount of fade, I want to take them off in the spring and get them clean
I did mine, the results were ok but they yellowed quickly.

Hence the new assemblies
