First make sure you have checked all fuses! Then check the connections/plugs at the seat heater switches. Disconnect and clean the connectors. Next do the same under the seats where the harness connects to the heating elements.
Seems rare that both seats heat would go out at same time. That being the case it sure sounds like a fuse problem.
I may be wrong, but I think there are a couple fuse panels in the Accord.
