3 years and 100k miles of rear Centric premium rotor with the coating. It is way more than 400 hours salt exposure outside Chicago area. One should never use the OEM rotors, they are overpriced. The lines on the rotor you see is from using aggressive Hawk HPS brake pads. The rotors are still fine, I just put on new pads so replaced them with Centric high carbon rotors.

^^ +1 it does sound like worn rotors but at 14k, that's really unusual. Take it in under warranty.

I have the same issue, same year. Dealership couldn’t figure it out. Any luck?
