Check out my maintenance thread. I am at 66,300 on my 2020 HAH as of today. You can see a lot of the normal maintenance things I have done that you too can do on your own.

My car has been to the dealership only once since I bought it and that was for its first oil change. I don't know at what mileage I will ever step back in the dealership for any future service. My car is at top notch condition.

As for brake pads, I have heard a lot that the hybrid brakes should last easy over 100K. I very rarely ever have need for my brakes hence I rarely use them and so I hope my brake pads need change only after like 150k or maybe over 200k.

Dealerships are hurting now for money. So, I do not blame them giving you such a list. Not everybody has time or interest to do maintenance at home like some of us. So, the dealership will do them for you at a premium cost since they have a business to run and employees to pay.

I’d say no to everything except the oil change. Maybe the tire rotation too.

Inspect the wiper insert for $30? Hmmm…. What?

For what it’s worth, my local dealership charges me $20 to replace the wiper insert, which is just about right. I can replace them myself in 5 mins lol. Considering they only charge like $9 labor (inserts are around $11) for the service, I’ll definitely live with it.

NEVER pay them for filters or wipers. You can buy these yourself and save at least $100. I don't know your financial situation but $100 for 1 minute of "labor" is worth saving for me.

The only thing I'd get here is the oil change, if your maintenance minder says you need it and the tire rotation also if you need one.

My dealerships recommendations for 30k mile maintenance. Not sure how much of this is necessary or a ripoff.
There's no such thing as "30K maintenance" (or any other distance-based service intervals) from Honda - that's something dealers make up to generate extra revenue. Honda expects you to perform all maintenance when prompted by the Maintenance Minder (there are certain exceptions for extreme driving conditions).

Also, here's Honda's official position statement regarding unnecessary maintenance:

Dealers hate the Maintenance Minder because it minimizes service revenue and waste while maximizing the longevity of the vehicle.

Our Honda dealer charges very little for oil (incl filter) changes, as well as a minimal adder for getting my tires rotated, so I am happy to have them do it. I replace my own engine air and cabin air filters (and wiper inserts), since it is so easy and quick.

My HAH currently has 31K miles and so far I did a flush and fill of break fluid at the dealer. I personally did a flush and fill of the transmission fluid at 30K miles (the fluid came out brownish). Also performed a coolant flush and fill back this summer.

It's a ripoff. Period, end of sentence.
