My first tweak would be finding protection film and/or maybe a new look for all the piano black plastic trim on the console. I know the G11 Touring has this. not what I want on surfaces you touch a lot... When scratched it will look bad.

I find my Apple watch works well for easy notifications, you still have to divert your eyes from the road briefly but do not have to grab or pick up, or open phone..
