Tonight when i was sticking the key into the ignition, i missed and stuck it into the area around the ignition. This caused something to spark and when i started my car i noticed the radio did not turn on- no lights or anything. a few minutes later i realized that my automatic seat belt had not came back either, and that when i opened the door the "door alarm" did not come on either. I am not sure what I did or how to fix it, I am hoping someone can help me!

It sounds as you may popped a fuse. Check all fuses.
At least this is where I would start.

I am not at the car right now and it is dark so I will post later on where all the fuses are.
