My 99 accord won't start, only when cooling fan is on. It just started to do this. After sitting for 2 days it'll start with no problem. It's probably not the battery.

Engine, transmission, miles, mods, needed!

Off the top of my head sounds like it could be heat soak though.

Please describe a little more in-depth how you mean the car won't start.

no crank, no fire up, spins only, stumbles, etc

When they key is in the on position I can hear the cooling fan running. When I try to start it it just turns over, won't catch. But if I allow the car to sit for a couple days , it'll start with no problem, but once it's parked again I get the same problem.

Personally, it sounds like a bad main relay. Maybe not, depends on how the car has been maintained. Plugs, wires, cap rotor and coil all in good shape?
