Hey, where'd you go for the self-serve? Sam's in Manassas?
Hey...I'm not actually sure of the name of that place...it just says "car wash" on the outside. I didn't notice "Sam's" anywhere but it's the one on Route 234 as you come off of I-66 westbound. You drive about 1.5 miles and it's on the left.

That's a great car wash by the way. The brushes get so foamy. It's worth it to drive out there for me (about 17 miles one way). And it's only $4.50 to wash and rinse the entire car!

Most of the full auto places are about $8-$10 for their cheapest washes and $25-$30 for the deluxe ones...and neither get all the dirt off like you can when you wash it yourself!

Since this started yesterday I will say what went on yesterday... Took her to the dealer to investigate a sound similar to brake squeal when I accelerate from a stop. My thoughts were correct... bad torque inverter. Now waiting on American Honda to get to my ticket as the dealer wanted to wait and see what Honda wants to do... yay. At least I'm not in a rental.

As promised yesterday, the car went 2 miles for a cup of coffee and a muffin this morning...

Cleared out the garage and made room for her for the winter! Pumped to actually pull into a garage again . Now to actually install the sinks, counter tops and cabinets IN the bathroom instead of in a pile in the other garage bay :)

get off from work pretty late, light traffic on highway, listen to music, play around the paddle shifter. Realized i should get off the highway after passed 3 exits from where i should get off ....

Those wheels look shweet! Did you flash the ECU to the larger tire size to calibrate you speedo and shift points? What did you use to do it?

Me...I put the splash guards on I ordered tonight. Came a day early in the mail. Pretty happy. I also did a 150 mile round trip today, 50/50 city highway and put up 32 mpg! That is AWESOME for a v6...I even put it down a couple of times. I didn't even get that in my 4 cyl altima!!!

to calibrate the wheels i used the imid (under vehicle settings) and did the TPMS calibration and from my understanding it adjusts everything when putting bigger wheels on...... also the difference in since was small not enough to change the speed by that much only a few kilometre's per hour, but i could be totally wrong lol  and i have a 6 speed manual so no need to adjust shift points haha

installed my takeda SRI today. installation took about 30 mins.
