@Cepega The kit is plug and play (it attaches to the ECON button for power) and is easy to install. All you have to do is pop some panels off (just with your hands, no tools required) and route the wires under the console.
I did drill holes in the plastic covers over the LED bulbs as I read reviews that stated the kit is extremely dim as is. I drilled 5mm holes.
The kit was $96 shipped from Majestic Honda and it includes the underside cover for the driver side. I already had an underside cover so now I’ll sell the one included in the kit.
It is on anytime the headlights are on and dims with the dimmer switch for dash lighting. The kit for the Sport is red to match the other lighting in the car; the kit for the non-Sport trims is blue to match the other lighting in those.
The photos make the light look brighter than actual, also I have graphite colored floor mats that reflect more light than black mats would.
Nice, there are only two colors Reb and blue, right? Sounds pretty good.
Something I may tackle once it gets warm for good, after I finish the left lanewatch project wiring through the door.
Give us a visual man.
I have been eyeing some of the used Accords in the dealerships to see if they will have some good deals. Currently have a 2010 V6 and love the performance of it. I test drove a I4 2010 before buying the V6 and at the time didn’t think I4 had enough power. But ever since having some...
So I've been having a problem now that its getting cold out. When the car is first driven on cold mornings I get a 2nd gear grind when going from 1st to 2nd. It doesn't happen on the 3-2 downshift though. I was at my dealer after work yesterday but they couldn't replicate the problem because...
Not every time, but some times when I am exiting the vehicle after a drive, I get the "lights on" warning tone. However I leave my lights on auto.
When this happens I will turn the car to ACC and then off again and the tone will go away.
Any ideas what this could be?
Hello from Sacramento, CA
After some time lurking around the forum I decided to finally make an account .
The new daily driver is a 2015 Accord coupe Ex-l, with the 3.5L v6 (first v6 ) I picked it up with 36,800 miles and it now has 38,000. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't a 6...
Really hate to be this guy but I'd like your opinion. I bought this 2017 accord touring a week ago and the panel gaps and fitment in several areas is really making me paranoid. This was a carfax 1-owner vehicle and I took a pretty thorough look at the car before I bought it.
I checked the...
