Dear Forum,

Me and my friend are arguing about who is the manufacturer of accord 2005 sedan HU

i say panasonic but thinks its a pioneer as the speakers.

If any knows who is the manufacturer can he till us

when i changed my stoke speakers with my pioneer speakers i did not see any manufacturer sticker or id, and also when i connected my ipod adapter nothing on the HU was found

Not sure about the HU, however when looking at OEM parts, they said that the speakers were "matsushita" which are basically Panasonic.

Actually I think you are both right...

IIRC, Pioneer makes the single disc and 6-disc in dash units, and Alpine makes the 6-disc in dash navi unit.

Every head unit I looked up on slhondaparts is an Alpine unit

Alpine makes the headunits...

Which explains why for a stock system, it sounds pretty good. Alpine makes great stuff.
