What is the material used for the armrest in the accord sports' armrests? the center armrest as well as the door panels. I'm starting to think they're just softly padded vinyl. Or fake leather? Doesn't feel like real leather.

What products would you use to clean these parts? What about the leather wrapped steering wheel?

It's leather coated in a layer of vinyl, same as every other leather surface in the car (and most cars nowadays). I recommend Detailer's Pro total interior cleaner. It doesn't leave a greasy film, more of a matte sheen.
