I stumbled on one of your videos a little while ago when you were trying to switch out the master cylinder. Did you ever find one that could work with our weird electro brake booster?
I didn't, but the stock one has been holding up fine even through hard back to back laps at HPDE recently (though pads faded after 2 sessions.. car too heavy, lack of cooling to the brakesI stumbled on one of your videos a little while ago when you were trying to switch out the master cylinder. Hi everyone! I wanted to start sharing some videos I had made within the past year. Yesterday I put out a video on replacing the valve cover on the 2.0T motors which seem to be a common issue for some (thankfully it's not a major issue though). I hope you guys find it helpful! I'd appreciate a subscribe if it was, and feel free to check out the other stuff on the channel as well! I have taken the Accord circuit racing a few times and done some suspension work if those interest you. Hope this post is allowed!
Quite possibly the mods, even on the groups, the ones I've seen leak tend to have some light mod on it. I know one person that has been stock the entire time with no issues at 68k milesGreat video. I always wonder what the cause of these leaks which are quite common, not only Honda but also other Brands. I had several brands in the past and I used to take them to service shops to do the oil changes but believe me no one will be very careful with the exact quantity your car needs better than you. Once I started doing it myself, I never encountered these issues unless of course it's a defective one. In my opinion, leaking of valve cover and engine seals is due to oil overfill generally. However, in your case, maybe it’s the mods to your engine or oil overfill.
