The strut and mount are two different components of the suspension. As far as consumers are concerned, for all intents and purposes, aftermarket struts are functionally and physically the same for the TL/Accord but the mounts themselves are different. If you ask Honda, you'll get different strut p/ns for the two cars because they're built to account for the differences in weight (etc.) between them. If you ask the aftermarket they'll give you their same p/ns because aftermarket parts are built to handle a wider range in weight (plus other factors) to account for cost savings and warehousing. The struts are interchangeable and will "fit" and function between both cars (despite being "designed for" the Accord or TL) as long as you swap mounts.
Rear camber kit; check alignment after the suspension is installed. If you're way out of spec then grab a kit, if you're close enough then forget about it.
