Hi greetings from Australia!

I have recently purchased a 07 Accord - great car I must add ; 80,000km

I need to purchase a new cabin air filter. I have found a few places on ebay to purchase a filter but I'm not too sure if I should acquire a OEM or aftermarket part?

Here is a link to the filter I am interested in purchasing...

I would prefer to purchase OEM or a similar brand, but as this is not a priority, a simple cheap low/medium quality item would be okay.

Thanks!

I say pay the extra $10 and get OEM. I made the mistake of buying the FRAM one and it sucks!

I just go to my local auto parts store and pick up a FRAM cabin air filter. I can't tell the difference between it and an OEM filter, in terms of performance. It could come down to the type of environment you live in, and the air quality. When I changed it last, after a year of use, it looked pretty clean and I even thought that I could have kept in it there for a few more months.
