I own a 2006 Honda Accord V6 coupe with 87K miles, stock with a cool intake and a OBX free flow exhaust system and want to know what is the best spark plugs that I can buy for my car? Second question what is the best gasoline octane that I should be using for better performance?

Read your owner's manual, or go online and read it there.

NGK or Denso brand stock plugs is what you want. Check the current #5 spark plug for tightness.

As for octane, the manual will tell you what you need based on elevation.

Advice on E3 Spark plugs

I have a 2006 Accord V6 coupe with 87K and want to know if you would recommend the E3 Spark plugs for better performance? Or If they are Not safe to use in our 3.0 V6?

I would not use E3s in my lawnmower let alone my car. The kernel shape (flame front) is very uneven and many claim the plugs have a very short life span. It is only stainless steel, not platinum.

Forget the hype of the sales pitch. Start at 1:43 into this video. The E3's spark look much weaker - not as bright. But more important to me, look at shape of the flame front (1:54 into the video.) The E3's flame front is very lopsided. The regular plug is very symmetrical. You want symmetrical.

You need to get 100 octane or higher gas. that will give you the best possible performance ever.

Please Advice if E3 Spark plugs are worth to use for better performance in an '06 Accord V6. or what other spark plug should I use instead?
