Damn thats alot of $. I would rather Use the money and do the TSX-R Lens swap and Install Halo Rings. Then pocket the extra $ for other mods lol.

I'd be concerned by the line:

"Regular LEDs Have Been A Thing Of The Past. Introducing The Newest "SMD LED" To You That Have Been Pre-Installed On This Headlight Unit. "

Talking about surface mount LED's like they're something special or new....

These are "fake" projector headlights. The "projectors" in them are not proper projectors and their light output is terrible. They may look good to someone else looking at your car but you need to decide what you want - bling or good headlights. These ebay specials will not give you both.

You already have projectors since you have a coupe, which I guarantee are nicer than those ebay ones.

These are not going to give you great light output.

You'd be better off with an HID conversion kit in your factory headlights

Our stock projectors are really quite poor compared to laterally priced cars. The lights and the cabin technology are my biggest criticisms of the 8th gen. Fortunately, with a proper retrofit the light issue is easily solved so much so that I drove a stock Accord recently and the light output actually felt a little unsafe.

So your saying that the stock headlight housing is worst then some of those crappy cheap light housing??

How old are all you guys? I can see just fine with the stock lights. These days it seems everyone is blind when I drive to work in the morning with way too bright hids. Not saying anyone here, just where I live, blinding lights.
In PHX, pretty much every road is so well illuminated that there's been a couple of times where I've forgotten to turn on my headlights and only noticed the mistake when I look over and can't see any of the buttons on the dash.

BUT outside the city on desert roads where you might be doing freeway speeds, the stock headlights feel like they only throw 20' worth of light. The brights are good though, but can't use them very much without blinding oncoming traffic.

How is the output horrible?
I think they look quite nice and the fact that the backing is black, is a bonus because i wanna murder my car
A couple of users have purchased these lights. I'm sure if you search around you can find the posts. The results were always lackluster. The beam pattern and cutoff was horrendous.

The only thing you gonna 'murder' is an oncoming driver.

Didn't say that. The stock sedan headlights are pretty dim but HIR bulbs certainly help. eBay lights will never perform better than stock, even as underwhelming as stock is. Output from eBay lights is religiously spotty and inconsistent.

What if i were to buy these headlights, open them up and then retrofit them with a better lens? I like the look of these headlights, along with the halos, but if the output is that bad, can you not just replace the lens on these to make them not only look good, but perform well too.

A news lens won't help you at all. Listen to what others have told you - these lights are garbage and there is nothing you can do short of a retrofit that will help them.
