I'm about to pull the trigger on a sweet EX-L v6, hope to keep it for years to come, and like the look of the Honda All Season Floor Matts, and the Honda Trunk Tray. Priced at 143 and 139 they're probably over-priced, but they fit nicely and look like they belong.

Any one purchase these? If so, are you happy with the purchase?

Are there 3rd party products that you'd recommend that might do an even better job and do so at the same or an even lower price?

Many thanks!

I have the OEM trunk tray and I had the dealership throw that in for free, and I purchased the WeatherTech all season mats because they are definitely better than OEM.

Pull the trigger already, you won't be disappointed:thmsup:

The Honda trunk tray is one of the sturdiest trays with a very deep lip that looks like it would hold a lot of spill if it happens.

Ive heard second hand that the Weathertech trunk tray is somewhat less beefy. Take it for what it's worth. Not from actually seeing it but word of mouth.

I have the Honda tray basically cause my salesguy didn't oversell anything to me so I felt Merry Christmas add this with the mudflaps. I am NOT disappointed.

It also has ACCORD embossed in the bottom of the tray. Whoopeee!

Anyway if you keep your purchase for as many years as me 14-15 usually, you'll appreciate this one.

As far as the floormats cant answer to those cause im looking at the Weathertechs for those.

Honda's all-weather mats are a bit disappointing, IMHO. I had them thrown in with my Civic Si and didn't even use them. The weatherTech's are much nicer, but a bit more money. The Honda trunk tray is great, though. The one in my Si was extremely thin and flimsy, but the Accord tray is heavy-weight material and is much sturdier.

I got my trunk tray off eBay for $83 and love it. All season floor mats are a waste, get WeatherTechs instead.

I would negotiate the car down to where you want it to be and get it to the point where you only need to sign the paper, and just bring these 2 items + splash guard up. They will likely to through this in as a freebie as they don't want to lose the sale over something like $150(cost to them for floor mats + trunk tray + splash guard package). I am sure at that point, dealer will sweat a lot, he may even pay them out of his pocket to make the deal happen.

Good luck

Trunk Tray

I've gotten a pretty sweet deal so far . . . about $2,800 off of MSRP on the Accord, and an agreement to take my present lease vehicle as trade by saying it has equity which is equal to the dealer "pay off" amount for that vehicle. A number of other Honda dealers didn't even come close on the issue of my present car. One dealer gave it a value $3,000 less than what my present dealer is offering, so I want to remember all that they are trying to do to make it an attractive offer.

Have bought 3 other cars there over the past 10 years.

Having said that, I did ask my sales guy to throw in the trunk tray as a freebie.

I purchased the trunk tray from weather tech, and was disappointed. It has a very small lip that it something were to spill the tray would not hold it on. I returned it and bought the honda one, it is so much better. The honda all season floor mats are not that good (my opinion). Weather techs are great, I bought the digital ones, better than regular mats it covers more area.

i got my honda all weather mats and trunk tray for free. the trunk tray is fine, but i would not pay for the floor mats as i do not think they are worth it or are quality.

OEM trunk tray for the accords is roughly 85$ now on ebay...im debating to jump on it.

They're pretty ok. At list they are way overpriced. I was quite happy with them through the winter. Going to Lloyds for summer/fall.

I have both because the dealer forgot they were in the care when they transferred it. If you are going to purchase them, buy the Weathertech ones for the same price ... they are MUCH better build quality. If you get them free then by all means get the accord ones. The fit and finish is MUCH better on the weathertech though.

I'm thinking about purchasing a trunk tray off eBay too. Seems like everyone is saying good things about it.
