Ambient lighting install instructions (coupe)

I'm thinking of getting some black carpet and hot gluing it to the exposed insulation which would obviously cover it up and match the rest of the carpet. Of course it will need to be measured and cut exactly to cover the insulation so it won't look like a cheap fix......lol
