I recently changed the serpentine drive belt on my 2004 accord 4 cylinder. I noticed my cruise control didn't work anymore (pressed the button, the cruise main light came on, then immediately went off when I released the button) so I checked under the hood. I noticed that the auto-tensioner isn't spinning where it touches the belt, and something tells me it oughta be. Any ideas for why this happened and what I need to do to fix it?

You sure it is not turning? I would think you could smell the belt rubbing against the pulley. Take some white out or something light and mark a spot on the pulley and see if it visually turns.

If it needs replaced it is an easy repair. It has been talked about many times on this board so do search.
