the light patter will shine different depending if the head lights are for left hand or right hand drive. If they are for a right had drive car and you put them on a US car you will blind every driver that you pass buy as there is a point that will shine right in there eyes.

western union you say... sounds like a scam to me. Where is the located? He should be able to use paypal. I like this like better then the other ones we have seen as this still has all 3 head lights while the other one we are able to get here.
