I've tried to post this question three time's now...
07 ex-accord 4cyl.
I've tried everything on ever forum I could find. Nothing works, and I've tried disconection the battery too.
If I buy one the code readers, that can clear codes..will it clear this?:frown

My understanding is you are overdue for a oil change. The negative number is after your oil life hit zero percent is start counting how many your overdue

Where did you post 3 times?! You need an oil change

- Change the oil
- turn key to II
- press on the reset button and hold until the oil percentage number flahes
- release and press down the reset button again
- resets to 100%

^ this ... pretty sure the explanation of how to reset the maintenance minder is also covered in the owner's manual no ?

Did they add the percentage display on the 7.5 gens? I thought that didn't start until the 8th. I know my 7th doesn't have a percentage counter. Just the flashing "Service" light.The reset procedure is slightly different for mine as well.
