I recently purchased a Honda Accord 2017 sport SE and I’ve been trying to connect my iPhone via Bluetooth but the option to connect is grayed out on the screen and won’t let me select it, I’ve read other people having this problem as well, but have not seen a solution. Anyone know to fix this or investigate further?? Thanks

update:
I’ve tried connecting my phone with hands free and usb and it won’t connect to anything even a different phone. Is this a common problem? Is there a way to fix it?
