I am going back and forth about whether or not to trade my 07 Accord Sedan EX-L V6 White/Tan. Not factory NAV.

I bought it new 7/07 and only have 76k on it and always Honda serviced. Timing belt/water pump just done.

The front lower bumper has taken a bit of a beating, small bubbling spot on the leading edge of hood under the paint and a dinged right quarter (looks like a plastic part?)

No garage so mostly parked under the condo with the rear facing out.

Not liking the 18’s particularly because no V6 so thinking about doing some body work and a repaint. I am leery about the repaint because they are only original once.

If I do repaint I am thinking about adding some body parts but after-market stuff is also a concern.

I notice that Honda has exterior accessory body “kit” parts options for the 2017’s. Anyone know if these were available in 2007 and what they look like? Where to buy? Thoughts?

I realize that it might not make sense to put 5k or so into a 5k or so car. OTOH this should have a lot of miles left. Of course I wouldn't be the first guy that rationalized it that way and sold it a year later. LOL

The only thing OEM available for the sedan was the front lower lip for the 03-05 Accord. The lip will fit after a little bit of trimming. There is no OEM side skirt or rear valence available. The coupe actually had a full HFP bodykit.

You could do the Inspire conversion with full Modulo or Mugen lip kit.

I ended up putting a replica HFP front lip, Inspire fog lights, Mugen side sills, replica decklid spoiler, and Accord Hybrid tail lights on my car. Painted the exhaust in high temp black but left the shiny tip, because well "just the tip" ...

Thank you for your comments.I have decided to keep it stock so it goes in to the body shop Monday to have both bumper covers done and the hood leading edge repaired.

I am thinking about a Gen 9 Touring Coupe in September when the new incentives come out.

If I do that I will post this one in the classifieds here for sale first.

The HFP kits that were available for the 7th gens are all but extinct now. Haven't seen anyone sell them for some time now. Not to mention they were expensive.
