Look at YELP reviews in your area. Many shops will not allow the customer to supply the part since it knocks off their mark up.

It's pretty easy to do yourself; I just removed and replaced the bumper on mine a few months ago when I put the OEM headlights back in. If you can get a helper, it's even easier. You need a 7 or 10 mm wrench I think for the headlight brackets, if you're taking the old one off, a screwdriver for the screws near where the bumper meets the fender, and plastic body clips. You can get the clips online for cheap or go to AutoZone and get some there. You don't even need to jack the car up.
