Looks like stinger exhaust from a dune buggy/rail buggy. They look cool on off road cars. I'll post a pic if i can find one.

That tip looks right at home...on all of the ******* Z71s and F150s with blown out glass packs or straight pipes haha
What ever floats your boat though. I'd be afraid of hitting my leg on that thing all the time coming around the car haha
