I replaced the OEM front pads on my '14 Accord at 30k miles right after I bought. I went with Centric blank rotors and re-used the stock pads as they had tons of life left. I'm at 62k now & brakes are smooth.
I ordered StopTech slotted rotors & already have Akebono ProAct pads ready to go. I have had the ProActs on 2 other cars & loved them.

I was debating the akebono pro act or OEM Honda
Looks like OEM Accord fronts are Akebono “AK” and rears are nbk

rotors I was planning on ultra premium but it fully coated brick mortar auto store like Napaor autozone

My advice, don't use AutoZone rotors. They are garbage, cheap chinesium pot metal. I know this, because I worked at AutoZone . Their pads on the other hand, excellent. AutoZone spent millions on their brake pads, get the golds
Bedding in pads is much more critical than you'd think. Stillen (Steve Millen Sportparts) has a good write-up on bedding in brakes, I follow it every brake job.
