I broke both clips while removing my rear seat to install my amps
Went on ebay and got both of them for 10 bucks
Though i would share with you guys just in case !

Now everthing its fixed !

If that indeed is the part, I checked at the Honda dealer where I buy parts online and they are $1.06 each.
